• How much do you charge for writing space?

There is no charge to use our facilities for writing space, regardless of the number of cowriters.

• How much do you charge for rehearsal space?

There is no charge to use our facilities for rehearsals, regardless of the number of participants.

• How much do you charge for performance space?

There is no charge to use our facilities for performances, regardless of the number of participants.

• Do you sell tickets to your house concerts?

They're the organizer's house concerts. We provide the venue and a link in the event on our homepage where you can go to buy tickets from the organizer.

• How many people can you accommodate?

In the Main Room, there is a limit of 10 for cowrites, 6 for rehearsals, or 24 audience members for house concerts.

For overnight guests, there is a limit of 12 total (except for The Music City 24, for which the limit is 24).
