How much do you charge for writing space?

• There is no charge to use our facilities for writing space, regardless of the number of cowriters.

How much do you charge for rehearsal space?

• There is no charge to use our facilities for rehearsals, regardless of the number of participants.

How much do you charge for performance space?

• There is no charge to use our facilities for performances, regardless of the number of participants.

Do you sell tickets to your house concerts?

• They're the artist's house concerts. We provide the venue and a link in the event on our calendar where you can go to buy tickets from the artist.

How many people can you accommodate?

• In the Main Room, there is a limit of 10 for cowrites, 6 for rehearsals, or 24 audience members for house concerts.

• For overnight guests, there is a limit of 12 (except for The Nashville 24, for which the limit is 24).
